Masjid al-Qiblatain is a mosque in Medina, Saudi Arabia. It is also called the Bani Salima Mosque, a name said to derive from the tribe that lived in the area. It is known for its bright white appearance. The present building has one dome and two minarets, and the record lists a capacity of about 2,000 worshippers. Its name, meaning "the Mosque of the Two Qiblas", refers to the two directions Muslims faced in prayer: first Jerusalem, and later the Kaaba in Mecca.

According to Islamic tradition, the revelation instructing the Prophet Muhammad to change the direction of prayer was received at this site. In his time, Muslims at first prayed toward Jerusalem, and the direction was later changed to the Kaaba in Mecca. Jerusalem is therefore remembered as the first of the two qiblas.
One of the mosque's two mihrabs is reported to have been removed at a later time.
