Site Mosque stands in the İlkadım district of Samsun, on Gazi Caddesi in the Kale neighbourhood. It is also recorded under the name Samsun Merkez Camii. Both its location and its distinctive architectural style make it a prominent landmark of the city centre. The building is one of the mosques of the 20th century in Samsun and was created as part of a wider redevelopment of the central area of the city.
