The Al-Tawbat Mosque is a mosque in Tripoli, in Lebanon's North Governorate. It stands on the left bank of the Abu Ali River, at the site of the New Bridge in the Dabbagha quarter, close to Khan al-Askar. Built in the Mamluk era during the 14th century, it is described in Arabic sources as similar in design to the Great Mansouri Mosque of Tripoli. Its riverside position exposed it to severe damage during the repeated floods of the Abu Ali River in the city.

The mosque dates to the 14th century, in the Mamluk period. It was probably built on the order of the Mamluk sultan al-Nasir Muhammad ibn Qalawun, which would make it the second mosque he commissioned in Tripoli after the Great Mosque.
Floods of the Abu Ali River damaged the building on several occasions. During the Ottoman period it was renovated by Emir Husayn ibn Yusuf Sayfa.
