Fatma Sultan Mescidi is an Ottoman-period place of worship in the Topkapı neighbourhood of Istanbul's Fatih district. Sources also refer to it as Fatma Sultan Camii. It has a tiled roof, a wooden pulpit (kürsü) and minbar, and a plaster mihrab. The mosque has a single minaret with one balcony; the minaret is not original and has a short, squat appearance. The covered porch for latecomers was added later.

The building was commissioned in 1571 by Fatma Sultan, a daughter of Selim I and the wife of Grand Vizier Kara Ahmed Pasha. She is buried beside her husband in the tomb within the Gazi Ahmed Pasha Mosque complex on Topkapı Square.
After falling out of use through neglect over time, the mosque was rebuilt in 1971 on its four surviving walls and reopened for worship.

Fatma Sultan Camii, İstanbul'un Fatih ilçesi Topkapı mahallesinde Osmanlı dönemi camidir. I. Selim'in kızı ve Sadrazam Kara Ahmed Paşa'nın eşi Fatma Sultan tarafından 1571 yılında yaptırılmıştır. Fatma Sultan'ın kabri eşi ile birlikte Topkapı Meydanı'ndaki Gazi Ahmed Paşa Camii külliyesi içindeki türbededir.
Zamanla bakımsızlıktan kullanılamaz hale gelen cami 1971 yılında mevcut dört duvarı üzerine yeniden inşa edilmiş ve ibadete yeniden açılmıştır. Üzeri kiremit kaplıdır. Kürsü ve minber ahşaptır. Mihrabı ise alçıdır. Tek minarelidir. Minaresi özgün olmayıp kısa ve bodur görünümdedir. Minaresi tek şerefelidir. Son cemaat yeri eklenti olarak yapılmıştır.
