The Çoban Mustafa Paşa Mosque is an example of Ottoman architecture in the Hacıhalil neighbourhood of central Gebze, in Kocaeli Province. It is associated with the Çoban Mustafa Paşa complex of the same name, which dates to the 16th century. According to its Wikidata description, the building was constructed by Acem İsa and later repaired by the architect Sinan. Another source says the complex is attributed to Sinan, though not with certainty. These differing accounts show that the question of its architect is not stated uniformly in the sources.
