Tahir Mosque stands at Am Franzosenfriedhof 1 in the Lützel district of Koblenz, in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate. It is run by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat and is named after Mirza Tahir Ahmad. German sources render its name as "Moschee des Reinen", meaning roughly "Mosque of the Pure One". The building has a dome and two minarets, each 15 metres high. Our records give its capacity as 600 worshippers. It is described as the first representative Islamic sacred building in Koblenz.

From 1987 the roughly 220 members of the Ahmadiyya community in Koblenz used a prayer room. The Tahir Mosque was the seventh mosque built under the community's 100 Mosques Plan, with construction taking place between 2002 and 2004.
It was inaugurated on 23 May 2004 by Mirza Masroor Ahmad, the fifth Khalifa and spiritual head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat. The new building provided space for more than 500 worshippers.
