The Shaykh Ebu'l Vefa Mosque is an Ottoman-era mosque in the Vefa quarter of Istanbul's Fatih district, which shares its name with the neighbourhood. It was commissioned by Mehmed II and named after his shaykh and teacher, Muslihuddin Mustafa, known as Shaykh Ebu'l Vefa. The shaykh's grave lies south of the mosque, beside the gate on Vefa Caddesi. The building has a single minaret with one balcony and a lead-covered dome. Classed as Ottoman architecture, it is registered as a cultural asset requiring protection.

The mosque was built by Mehmed II, also known as Mehmed the Conqueror, and named after his teacher, Shaykh Muslihuddin Mustafa Ebu'l Vefa. The shaykh died in 1491. An inscription on his grave indicates that it was built in 896 AH (1491 CE).
The mosque underwent a major repair in 1757. In the early twentieth century it was demolished and then rebuilt.

Adını Muslihuddin Mustafa'dan alır. 1757'de büyük bir onarım gördü. 20. yüzyılın başlarında yeniden inşa edilmek üzere yıkıldı. Tek minareli ve tek şerefelidir. Kubbesi kurşun ile örtülüdür.
