The Madrasa of Sarghatmish is a complex combining a madrasa, a mosque and a mausoleum, standing on Saliba Street in Islamic Cairo. It adjoins the northeast side of the Mosque of Ibn Tulun. Its plan is cruciform: an open central courtyard surrounded by four iwans. Among its architectural features are a minaret built in the ablaq technique and a dome above the qibla iwan. The school, mosque and mausoleum can be seen from the spiral minaret of Ibn Tulun. The building is regarded as an example of Bahri Mamluk art that reflects influences from eastern architectural traditions. It is also known as the Mosque of Amir Sayf al-Din Sarghatmish.

The complex was founded by Amir Sayf al-Din Sarghatmish al-Nasiri. It was completed in 757 AH (1356 CE), during the reign of Sultan al-Nasir Badr al-Din Hasan.

The madrasa was set aside for jurists of the Hanafi school. At its foundation it was meant for teaching Hanafi jurisprudence and housing students, particularly those arriving from Persia and the eastern provinces. The complex also includes a mosque and a mausoleum for the founder's family.
