The Sultan Selim Mosque, also known as Büyük Cami or the Great Mosque of Kefe, was the main congregational mosque of Kefe (modern Feodosia) on the southeastern coast of Crimea. It is generally regarded as completed around 1520, and its design is attributed to Mimar Sinan, although this attribution is not certain. The mosque stood on the site of an earlier Catholic church and reused materials from that building. It no longer exists.

The mosque was built on the instruction of Süleyman, later known as Suleiman the Magnificent, who was then sanjak-bey of Kefe. It replaced the Catholic Church of St. Agnes, and materials from the earlier church were reused. Construction is said to have been completed by 1520 or 1522.

After the Russian Empire took over the Crimean Khanate, the Muslim population began to leave Feodosia. The new authorities decided to convert the mosque into a Christian church, but the work dragged on for various reasons. The building was dismantled in 1834. The Alexander Nevsky Cathedral was erected on the site in 1873 and was itself demolished in 1933.
