Harbi Mescidi is a historic Ottoman mosque on Aydın Sokağı in the Topkapı quarter of Istanbul's Fatih district. It is listed among the cultural properties requiring protection and is also known as the Kıllı Yusuf Mescidi.

The ceiling is covered in wood, and the mihrab and minbar are faced with tiles in decorative patterns. The mosque has no women's section and no muezzin's gallery. It has a single minaret with one balcony (şerefe). The last-congregation porch was added as an extension.

The mosque is reported to have been commissioned soon after the conquest of Istanbul by Yusuf Ağa, the courier of Mehmed II. Its alternative name, Kıllı Yusuf Mescidi, is linked to him.

According to tradition, Mehmed II passed this spot and hurriedly performed the morning prayer, after which he ordered a mescit named Harbi to be built.

The building was reconstructed in 1975 and reopened for worship.
