Al-Habashi Mosque stands in the old part of Damanhur, in Egypt's Beheira Governorate, on Saad Zaghloul Street. It is named after Mahmoud Pasha Al-Habashi, a nobleman who lived in Damanhur in the 20th century. Its design is described as bringing together a range of Mamluk architectural arts. A wall with two gates encloses the mosque and opens onto its garden. To the left of the first gate is an octagonal water fountain (sabil), with a tap on each side and plant-motif decoration above every tap. The mosque was registered among Egypt's Islamic monuments on 15 January 2024.
