The Zehr-i Mar Mosque stands in the centre of Edirne, on Su Terazisi Sokak in the Meydan neighbourhood. It sits in the middle of a graveyard enclosure bounded by stone walls on three sides. Of the mosque itself, only the body walls survive, rising to about one metre. They are built of roughly dressed rubble stone and brick. Each of the side façades and the qibla side has two lower windows. The area to the right of the entrance is laid out as a raised platform serving as the last congregation area (son cemaat yeri).
