Sakhi Shrine is a shrine and mosque complex in the Karte Sakhi area of Kabul. It is also known as the Sakhi Shah-e Mardan Shrine, Ziyarat-e Sakhi and the Blue Mosque. The complex stands at the foot of Asamayi Hill, now better known as Television Hill, and the Sakhi Cemetery lies to its north and west.

The site is associated with the place to which the cloak of the Prophet Muhammad was brought, and with a visit by Ali, the Prophet's cousin and son-in-law, who later became the fourth caliph. These associations are reported as the traditional basis of the site's standing as a place of visitation.
