The Al-Shuaibiyah (al-Shu'aybiyya) Mosque stands in the western part of historic Aleppo, a World Heritage Site, close to the Antioch Gate in Syria. It is also known as Qastal al-Shu'aybiyya and the al-Shu'aybiyya Madrasa, and popularly as the al-Tuteh Mosque, meaning the Mosque of the Mulberry Tree. The building occupies the site of what is described as the first mosque in the city, linking it to the early Islamic history of Aleppo.

One Arabic source states that the mosque was founded in 636, in the early period of Islam's arrival in Aleppo, and regards it as the city's first mosque. In 1150–51 the Zengid ruler Nur al-Din had a new building erected, replacing the earlier structure on the same site.

The available material does not document later developments.
