The Sidi Yahya Mosque is a mosque and madrasa in Timbuktu, in Mali's Tombouctou region. It takes its name from its first imam, Sidi Yahya al-Tadelsi, and is also known as the Mosque of Muhammad-n-Allah. The original building was a typical example of earthen Sudano-Sahelian architecture, while also showing distinctive forms of plan and ornament. Together with the Djinguereber and Sankore mosques, it is associated with the community of scholars and students now called the "University of Timbuktu". The mosque forms part of a World Heritage Site and stands near the Place de l'Indépendance.

According to the sources, construction began in 1400 under the leadership of Sheikh el-Mokhtar Hamalla of Timbuktu and was completed in 1440. The mosque was substantially rebuilt in 1939, which gave it its present appearance.

On 2 July 2012, following the Battle of Gao, members of the armed group Ansar Dine destroyed parts of the modern mosque. The damaged elements were later reconstructed under the direction of a UNESCO team.
