Shiratal Mustaqiem Mosque is recorded as the oldest mosque in the city of Samarinda, in the province of East Kalimantan, Indonesia. It stands on Pangeran Bendahara in the Samarinda Seberang district, across the river side of the city. The Indonesian source places it in the Mesjid sub-district, while the Arabic source refers to the village of Seberang. The mosque was among those honoured at a festival of historic mosques held in Indonesia in 2003.

Sources disagree on when the mosque was built: the Arabic Wikipedia gives 1891, while the Indonesian Wikipedia gives 1881. In 2003 the mosque was recognised at a national festival of historic mosques in Indonesia, and the Indonesian source states that it placed second.
