The Church of St. Sophia is a historic Byzantine building in the city of Ohrid, North Macedonia. It is a three-aisled pier basilica with a narthex and an exonarthex to the west and a portico added on the north side. Its architectural style is recorded as Giannina, Byzantine and Ottoman. The church holds medieval architecture and art and is counted among the important monuments of North Macedonia. It is a state-protected monument and forms part of a World Heritage Site.

Die Sophienkirche (mazedonisch Црква Света Софија, Crkva Sveta Sofija) ist ein byzantinischer Kirchenbau in der Stadt Ohrid in Nordmazedonien.
Bei der Kirche handelt es sich um eine dreischiffige Pfeilerbasilika mit im Westen vorgelagertem Narthex und Exonarthex und einem an der Nordseite angebauten Portikus. Sie ist vom Staat denkmalgeschützt.
