The Dzhuma Mosque is a Friday mosque in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, in the Shaykhantahur District. It stands right next to the Kukeldash Madrasa. Sources also call it the Khoja Ahrar Vali Mosque and link it to the Charsu quarter of the city. This type of congregational mosque for Friday prayer was widespread in Central Asia in the late medieval period. According to one Arabic-language source, it is the third largest Friday mosque in Uzbekistan, after the Bibi-Khanym Mosque in Samarkand and the Kalan Mosque in Bukhara. The present building dates from the 2000s.
