Jamkaran Mosque is a Twelver Shia place of worship in Jamkaran, in the Iranian city of Qom. It is regarded as one of the important mosques for Shia Muslims, who believe it is connected with the Twelfth Imam, al-Mahdi. Together with the Jamkaran well beside which it was built, it is counted among the largest Shia pilgrimage sites in Iran. Its architecture is attributed in the record to Buyid, Afshar and Qajar styles. The mosque lies within the Mahdavi Jami courtyard complex (Sahn-e Jame' Mahdavi) in the Qom Central District.

The mosque's origin rests on a tradition. According to it, the Twelfth Imam, al-Mahdi, appeared at Jamkaran after his so-called Minor Occultation. The account holds that in 994 Sheikh Hasan ibn Muthlih Jamkarani, to whom the Imam appeared, received an instruction to build a mosque around the well at the site. This narrative underlies the establishment of the mosque and the well as a place of pilgrimage.
