Arpa Emini Mescidi is a small mosque (mescit) on Bican Bağcıoğlu Yokuşu in the Topkapı neighbourhood of Istanbul's Fatih district. Its construction date is unknown, but it is recorded as the foundation of Arpa Emini Mehmed Efendi. The original building was constructed of masonry. It later fell into ruin, and the site is now associated with a modern reconstruction project.

The date of the mosque's construction is not known; its founder was Arpa Emini Mehmed Efendi. The masonry building collapsed over time, and the land it had stood on was for a period occupied by squatter housing. In 2021 the Fatih Municipality began rebuilding the mosque as part of a reconstruction project.
